"Iberia made check-in way more annoying than it needed to be"
I tried checking in on iberia.com iberia really made the whole thing more frustrating than it should’ve been. The site kept freezing right after I entered my passport details, so I had to type the same information in about three different times. The seat selection page didn’t help either, it was confusing and not clear at all which seats were actually free. I did manage to finish in the end, but it took way longer than expected. Not the worst experience I’ve ever had, but definitely not what you want to deal with before a trip.

I checked my bag allowance on iberia.com before my trip, and it was straightforward to understand. Everything matched up at the airport too, so there were no last-minute surprises. a simple but helpful experience.

"Smooth Baggage Experience with Iberia"
I flew with Iberia and checked in my suitcase, everything went really smoothly. My bag arrived on time, there was no damage at all, and picking it up didn’t take long either. It’s such a relief when travel goes the way it’s supposed to. I felt genuinely grateful not to have any baggage stress after the flight.

"Worth it for the Avios, even if the site tests my patience"
I mostly use iberia for the loyalty points, that part has been solid. The Avios add up way faster than I expected, and I already managed to book a cheaper flight because of them. So yeah, credit where it’s due. But the website itself? Not exactly a joyride. Sometimes it feels like it’s trying to make simple things more annoying than they need to be. Still, I keep coming back because the value is actually there, and in the end, saving money on flights makes me put up with a little digital nonsense

I had to cancel my flight and I was expecting some kind of catch, because these things are usually a hassle. But the website was clear, and the refund info came through faster than I thought it would. I’m still half-waiting for a weird fee to pop up, but so far it was way easier than expected. Happy with it.

I actually thought getting a refund from iberia was going to take ages, but it went much smoother than I expected. I filled out the form, got a few emails after that, and the money was back on my card really quickly. i was relieved because I was sure it would take longer.

My flight was delayed, and I get that delays happen, but the communication from iberia was really frustrating. We got a few messages, but the times kept changing and nobody at the airport seemed to know or say much. I felt a bit stupid for trusting their updates because I kept thinking we had a clear idea of what was going on, and then it would change again. The trip was okay in the end, but waiting around with such unclear information made it way more stressful than it needed to be. iberia was easy enough to use, but they really need to improve how they communicate delays

"Got my booking done eventually"
I was booking a flight on Iberia and at first everything seemed normal. I had my dates picked out, checked the details a couple of times, and went through the payment steps. The site did freeze once, which made me hesitate because I wasn’t sure if anything had gone through, and then I had to try the payment again. It did work in the end after the second try, so not a disaster, but for a few minutes I was a bit unsure what was happening

I’ll admit I’m not usually a big fan of codeshare flights, but this one worked out okay. The connections lined up fine and I didn’t run into any major issues.

Switched phones and suddenly couldn’t get into my iberia Plus account, which was kinda annoying. I hit up support through iberia, and they helped me reset everything without too much hassle. Had to wait a little bit, but the support person explained things clearly and got it sorted. Happy with it, tbh.

There was a really good selection of stuff to watch, so once we finally got going, the flight actually went by fast. I was just frustrated with all the waiting beforehand, which made the whole thing feel longer than it needed to.

I had to change my flight on iberia.com, and while I did eventually manage to get it done, it wasn’t exactly smooth. The options weren’t super clear, and the fees were a bit confusing, so I spent more time than expected figuring out what I was actually being charged for. In the end, the change went through, but the whole process could be much simpler. Given the hassle and unclear fee information, I’d really expect some kind of compensation or at least a credit as a goodwill gesture.

I was able to make the booking, so that part was fine, but the pages was loading kinda slow for me. The seat selection also confused me a little at first. Not a terrible experience or anything, just think it could be more smoother.

I picked my seat on Iberia and it was mostly easy. The page slowed down once, but nothing major. As long as the site is clear and lets you get it done without a hassle, that’s what matters to me, and this worked fine overall.

It ended up taking way longer than I thought it would. I was expecting maybe 10 or 15 minutes, but it felt closer to around half an hour or more. Not the worst experience, but the wait was definitely frustrating.
